Graduate Field Service Engineer
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning advanced instrumentation, as well as performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning: Install, configure, and commission advanced Agilent instrumentation, including LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, Atomic Spectroscopy systems, and more.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal instrument performance.
- Client Support: Advise clients on best practices, configurations, and service plans to improve performance and reliability.
- Complex Instrument Deployments: Be involved in complex, multimillion-dollar instrument deployments in laboratory environments.
- Application-Level Support: Provide application-level support and training to customers.
To be successful in this position, you should have a relevant Master's degree or University Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology. A proactive approach, team spirit, and eagerness to build strong cross-functional relationships are essential. You should enjoy working with customers and demonstrating your technical expertise.
