Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Exhibition Lead to oversee the management of our showroom in Fortitude Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Lead and support a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve showroom performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee the organisation and coordination of showroom activities, events, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and sample management.
  • Monitor and maintain the general tidiness and upkeep of the showroom.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar exhibition lead or showroom management role.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to reflect the high standards of our brand.
