Job Description

As a Cleaning Support Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and staff, while also contributing to the overall well-being of our community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various cleaning tasks, including daily, weekly, and monthly duties. This will involve maintaining high standards of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents, as well as supporting staff with their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as scheduled
  • Document completion of tasks to ensure a consistently clean and organized space
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload, commit to continuous quality improvement, and possess working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.

Additionally, you will need to be able to operate standard domestic and industrial equipment, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents and staff.
