About the Role">As a Wine Experience Manager, you will lead our wine experience program and craft unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:">- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive sales culture.
- Oversee all aspects of wine tastings and experiences, from design and execution to sales and customer service.
- Manage wine and merchandise inventory, maintain updated menus, and assist with daily operations.
- Develop and deliver engaging wine education programs for staff and guests.
- Host VIPs, conduct masterclasses, and represent the organization at regional events.
- Achieve sales targets while managing labor costs.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
- Passion for wine and proven leadership experience in hospitality and sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Availability to work weekends, weekdays, or both.
- Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
