
Senior Records Management Professional

This is a 6-month temporary role commencing immediately.
The successful candidate will be involved in developing, implementing and educating a new reporting regime.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a large and complex organization managing and/or leading a records management team or project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist guidance to support the establishment and implementation of an improved records management framework.
- Chair relevant forums that involve business records.
- Approve and maintain updates to records management policy, business classification, retention and disposal schedule.
- Educate team members on their records management responsibilities.
- Prepare retention & disposal reports and recommendation briefings for senior staff.
- Manage physical records stores (capture, manage, retrieve and dispose).
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a records management team or project within a large and complex organization.
- Oversee and execute a successful functional transformation and technology-enhanced framework at the enterprise level.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of records management.
- Possess the ability to prepare professional reports and presentations for executive-level audiences.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with systems including Records 365, SAP and TRIM.
