This role plays a crucial part in managing change activities across technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with ITIL processes.

  • Coordinate end-to-end change activities, including raising, reviewing, and progressing changes.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and support change governance processes.
  • Facilitate the forward schedule of change and assess scheduling impacts.
  • Support release and project planning in collaboration with team leads.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental change processes and assist with after-hours release coordination.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a change management environment, ideally within ITIL frameworks. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are also essential. Additionally, the ability to maintain detail-oriented documentation and a proactive approach to continuous improvement are necessary for success.
