Join a dynamic organization as a Communications Advisor and make a real difference in the lives of customers and communities.

This exciting opportunity is part of our Internal Communications team, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional internal communications across the bank.

You'll work closely with leaders to build understanding, pride, and advocacy, using data and analytics to inform your approach and deliver best-practice communications.

A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications is essential, as well as demonstrated success in an internal communications role and excellent writing skills.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Microsoft suite and have experience with AI tools, with a passion for creating engaging content for diverse audiences.

In this role, you'll develop communications plans and bring them to life, crafting compelling weekly newsletters and ensuring our messages are consistent and aligned to the bank's strategy.

We're committed to flexible work options that put our people first, offering hybrid models with a minimum requirement of 60% of your time per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to engage employees and drive business outcomes.
  • Craft compelling content for various channels, including leader briefings, emails, intranet stories, Viva Engage posts, presentations, and virtual events.
  • Work collaboratively with leaders, subject matter experts, and the wider team to deliver high-impact communications.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform communication approaches and measure effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
  • Demonstrated success in an internal communications role.
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and experience with AI tools.
