Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering clear, effective and compliant store communications to support the rollout of new concepts and create tools that enhance the in-store customer experience.

This includes reviewing and publishing business communications to stores, devising compliant and comprehensive ticket templates for stores, establishing event guides and issues to stores to ensure consistency in the customer experience, and establishing meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive the right outcome for the business.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability to business change, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and utilisation of in-house IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviews and publishes business communications to stores
  • Supports the rollout of new concepts through communications and supporting documentation
  • Devises compliant and comprehensive ticket templates for stores
  • Establishes event guides and issues to stores to ensure consistency in the customer experience
  • Establishes meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responds to store queries and creates a two-way communication culture with stores
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in retail (preferred)
  • Retail operational experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to business change
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Advises projects on retail requirements and supports transition of projects to BAU
