Job Title: Travel Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
  • Coordinate corporate travel arrangements for clients across Australia
  • Source and book travel products, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Utilize expertise in GDS systems, such as Sabre, to find the best deals for clients
  • Maintain excellent communication and relationship-building skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver successful projects
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective travel strategies to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on complex itineraries and fares
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and admin entry
  • Meet deadlines and adapt to changing work environments
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in group travel or MICE management
  • Proven expertise in GDS systems, such as Sabre
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Experience with major airline group booking platforms and event management technology is preferred
