Mental Health Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Worker to provide assistance and support to individuals with mental health issues.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping participants live independently, developing their daily living abilities, and promoting social, vocational, and living skills.

  • Provide daily living assistance and support to participants with complex needs.
  • Assist participants in developing their daily living abilities and promoting social, vocational, and living skills.
  • Support participants to maintain their independence and confidence through person-centred approaches.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assisting participants experiencing mental illness to attend peer and other support groups.
  • Providing safe and supportive access to the community.
  • Building supportive relationships with individuals, their care team, and families.
  • Emotional and crisis support.
  • Access to other support services and providing multi-level support during clinical consultations.
