A senior leadership role exists within our organization to drive patient flow, innovation, and system performance. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team in delivering initiatives that enhance patient experience and outcomes, improve access to care through efficient flow and discharge planning, support alternative care models, and embed sustainable improvement aligned with our hospital's strategic goals.
About the RoleThis key position plays a pivotal role in improving patient flow, care processes, and system performance across John Hunter Hospital. The leader will coach and mentor staff, drive redesign and improvement projects, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
About YouYou are a dynamic leader with a strong background in nursing management, project delivery, and clinical redesign. You thrive in complex, high-volume environments and can balance strategic vision with operational excellence. You'll bring strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence change and deliver measurable results.
