We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist | Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
Your clinical expertise and guidance will be pivotal in supporting individuals regain independence, improve their quality of life, and reintegrate into the community and the workforce. You will:
- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- Use lateral thinking and forward planning skills to identify potential return-to-work pathways in line with likely recovery milestones
- Work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and appropriate registration with AHPRA
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
