Administrative Support Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Administrator to provide administrative support to our organisation while ensuring a high level of customer service to our customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to the organisation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Accurate data entry into appropriate information systems;
- Effective customer communication through phone and email;
- Customer invoicing and account management;
- Assistance with accounts payable and other financial tasks;
- Month-end tasks and filing and record keeping;
- Strong computer and time management skills;
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time-management skills, and a self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service or administrative experience is preferred but not essential;
