Category Growth Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Growth Manager to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our Customer Development team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth in our strategic retailer, Coles, and driving customer engagement and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a truly omnichannel category strategy to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to gain insights and coordinate category solutions & range reviews.
- Communicate and align strategies across the broader team to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with Coles as a Category Consultant to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional engagement with Digital hub, Insights, Retail Marketing and Consumer Marketing teams to drive business outcomes.
- Identify knowledge gaps and highlight to the wider Commercial team to drive business growth.
- Translate analytics into relevant customer planning and drive business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain planograms using JDA space planning tool.
Requirements

Preferred Requirements
- Experience working in consumer product goods preferred.
- Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred.
