We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team.

The role involves supervising a team of construction workers, ensuring they perform duties safely and efficiently. You will plan and coordinate material deliveries, ensure construction meets design specifications and building codes, and maintain clear communication with project managers and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of construction workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Previous experience working on apartment builds and with Tier 2 builders.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
