About the Position
As a Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Project Director and work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver multiple projects of up to $10M across Sydney, from design stage through to completion. You will ensure each project is delivered to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services and ensure timely delivery
- Manage variations and procure necessary materials
- Develop and implement project programming and cost control strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline is preferred
- Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
