A client-facing role is available in a hearing clinic, where you will provide exceptional service to clients and help them manage their hearing health.

You will play an important part of the business providing top-notch customer care to our predominantly older clientele. You will be involved in welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes. Scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians (audiologists/ audiometrists) and efficiently managing day-to-day operations are key aspects of this role.

To succeed in this position, you should have a passion for delivering amazing client experiences, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy. Excellent organisational and time management skills are also essential.
