Key Role: Absentee Call Taker in State Government Department

Your new role involves working independently to respond to employees and volunteers who are absent, gathering necessary information, and completing daily report requirements. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing their needs over the phone.

We are looking for an individual with experience working in call centre and fast-paced environments, possessing high attention to detail, administrative skills, planning and organizational abilities, time management skills, clear verbal and written communication, and flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, or weekends.
