About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Manager to lead our transport operations in local transport, LCL, and air freight sectors across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Fleet Control and Bookings teams to ensure seamless transport operations.
  • Oversee subcontractor relationships and transport administration to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibilities regulations to safeguard our reputation.
  • Provide operational support to the Director/COO to drive business growth.
  • Implement process improvements and enhance systems efficiency to optimize transport operations.
  • Prioritize and manage the workload of the team's administrative assistants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Handle project administration to meet business objectives and drive success.
About You
