About the RoleWe are seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to implement, configure, and support CDC Systems, Databases, and Networks as we embark on digital transformation.
The incumbent will contribute to the success of our ICT Team by gathering business requirements during implementation, installing new applications, supporting existing applications, and assisting with ICT upgrade projects.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support software applications, ensuring system compatibility.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Work with the wider IT teams to ensure seamless integration with infrastructure components.
- Create and maintain documentation for application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving software-related issues.
This role would be suitable for a candidate with previous experience in Applications Administration within a corporate IT environment, with strong knowledge of enterprise software applications.
- Previous experience in installing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security, and system integration.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
