Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a local childcare centre.

The Opportunity
  • This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility for the right candidate.
  • You will be required to work on a rotating roster between 6.30am-6.30pm.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for young children.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services.
  • A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an early childhood service, working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.
