Exciting Career Starter Opportunity

An excellent opportunity to launch your accounting career, with a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as an accountant.

Program Overview:

  • This program offers a dynamic learning experience starting in February 2026, with experienced Partners providing mentorship and ongoing virtual and in-person training sessions to teach core skills.
  • You will have access to online training resources and dedicated communication channels to support your learning and development throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of client work.
  • Assist in preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for various entities, including individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG for companies and trusts.
  • Receive direct coaching from an experienced Partner to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and liaise with statutory authorities on their behalf.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an Accounting degree or related field.
  • Willing to work part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time throughout studies.
  • Pursuing a Chartered Accountant qualification after graduation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
