Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Commercial Strategy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our airline.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Framing and solving complex business challenges using rich data
  • Training, leading, and mentoring Analysts/Senior Analysts
  • Collaborating closely with other divisions, including Pricing, Digital, and Marketing
  • Identifying opportunities across commercial functions and leading cross-functional projects
  • Proactively interrogating and analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities

You should have:

  • 6-10+ years' experience in Management Consulting, Internal Strategy, or Commercial Strategy teams
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build complex models
  • Solid leadership experience, including previous direct reports
  • Confident and polished communication style
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor qualification in an analytical field (MBA or higher level education is desirable)
  • Extensive experience with putting together packs for C-Suites and delivering presentations
  • Previous experience running strategic projects with a commercial focus
