Regional Growth and Client Success Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead client engagement and sales across the Oceania region. This role is based in Sydney and requires a strong track record in sales, preferably in travel or partnerships.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leading destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel brands, ensuring they gain maximum value from our global platform and premium events.

This role involves strategic planning, client success, and sustainable growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how our clients connect with media and audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead client success and retention strategies across a portfolio of high-value travel and tourism partners.
  2. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  3. Drive adoption and engagement across our SaaS tools, media services, and international events.
  4. Identify and execute growth opportunities that align with client goals and regional market trends.
  5. Deliver training, workshops, and webinars to enhance client expertise and industry impact.
  6. Analyse performance metrics, providing actionable insights to ensure ROI and ongoing value.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless client outcomes and innovative initiatives.
  8. Champion a customer-first mindset, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in overcoming challenges.
  9. Share client feedback and market insights to inform our product and event roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable client success outcomes.
  • Experience with CRM and SaaS platforms is valuable.
  • An understanding of the tourism ecosystem, PR, and destination marketing is preferred.
