Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the technical execution and governance of our network.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintaining network performance, availability, and customer experience through hands-on operational execution and technical oversight.

  • Rapidly resolve complex network faults and manage critical incident escalations with high quality support.
  • Lead root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and participate in change management processes.
  • Recommend and approve network design changes to improve service reliability and uptime.


Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity and security of our network infrastructure through proactive monitoring and remediation of potential threats.

Leverage technical expertise to deliver high-quality support, provide leadership to team members, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners.
