About the Role:

  • As a leader of a team of educators, you will manage a service providing before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years at a primary school.
  • You'll benefit from ongoing support and mentorship from regional managers who regularly visit and provide guidance on your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging child-centered programs that cater to diverse interests including STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, the school community and other stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate a team of educators onsite, including roster management.
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective administration.
