**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a dynamic and empowering People Leader to guide and support educators and families in our exceptional childcare service.

As the key contact for your local community, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre/s, meeting compliance and financial targets. Your role will also involve creating long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and using your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.

**Key Requirements:**
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Strong experience in a leadership role, preferably in early childhood education
A current Working with Children's Check
Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
