Leadership Opportunity: Drive Quality, Growth and Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive quality, growth and compliance across multiple centres. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving high-quality care, financial sustainability, compliance and growth across the centres while leading key areas of quality, compliance, occupancy, debt, rostering and people development.

About the Role

  1. Ensure that centres comply with relevant policies and regulations, and escalate/report any serious incidents promptly.
  2. Oversee multiple centres through regular visits, centre plans and performance analysis to ensure high-quality care and financial sustainability.
  3. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control overdue debt and approve payments/timesheets to meet business targets.
  4. Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, uphold cleanliness and safety and address serious service issues.
  5. Lead occupancy growth, workforce management and employee development including recruitment, training, performance and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a leader in early childhood education, with multi-site management essential.
  • Diploma in Business, Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Strong leadership, budgeting and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
