About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to deliver key month-end activities across our Profit & Loss and Balance sheet, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards. As a member of our finance team, you'll play a key role in driving operational efficiencies and supporting our business growth.

Responsibilities
• Delivery and ownership of key month-end activities across the Group's Profit & Loss and Balance sheet
• Sound understanding of accounting requirements for your portfolio and ability to apply this across the month end close
• Ownership of financial reporting including variance and margin analysis across the Group's lending, funding, and treasury activities
• Strong knowledge of the Group's core banking systems, events processing, and reconciliations to the Finance General Ledger
• Delivery of the Group's annual and half-year consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with Australian Accounting Standards and ASX listing requirements
• Liaise with external auditors for the half-year review and annual audit, supporting independent opinions and assurance across the financial statements

Required Skills and Qualifications
• CA or CPA qualification
• 5+ years' practical experience in financial reporting
• Hands-on and delivery-focused approach to data collection, enhancement, and validation
• Demonstrated understanding of the financial services industry
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within externally driven timelines
• Ability to provide thought leadership and advice across key Judo functions, including Finance, Finance Operations, and system driver efficiencies

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
