Our company is a leading industrial and heavy-duty specialist in abrasive blasting, bi-carb soda blasting, and industrial coatings. We provide top-notch services for various projects, big or small.

We are looking for an experienced individual with prior knowledge as a Painting Trades Person who can deliver high-quality work with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Understanding of surface preparation and finishes
  • Ability to complete works to specifications
  • Knowledge of mixing two-part paint coatings
  • Selection of paints, varnishes, and stains for various surfaces
  • Understanding of Wet Film Thickness Gauges and ability to achieve specified dry film thickness
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Erecting scaffolding and ladders
  • Cleaning equipment and work areas
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to work as rostered and be on time
  • Capacity to paint successfully to specification with a spray gun
  • Ability to produce a near automotive finish for mobile plant and equipment
  • Ability to produce a quality finish always
  • Work in a professional and safe manner
  • Understanding of WHS requirements compliance
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Car license
  • Forklift license preferable
