We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Scheduling Officer in a fixed-term capacity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, and possess a strong passion for helping and supporting those living with a disability and who are vulnerable.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for allocating staff appropriately to meet client needs, communicating directly with support workers, clients, and their families about roster or staffing changes. The successful candidate will get to know both our staff and clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our goals.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing workloads while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate staff effectively to meet client needs
  • Communicate directly with support workers, clients, and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in prioritizing and managing workloads in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Current valid National Police Check, WWCC and NDIS Clearance
