Description:
- Host visitors and manage their expectations by providing a warm welcome.
- Answer phone calls professionally, connecting callers to the right person or department.
- Maintain meeting rooms, reception area, and common spaces for an impressive presentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and processing mail efficiently.
- Manage multiple inboxes, track leads, and respond to online inquiries promptly.
- Support the office manager and team with administrative tasks.
- Perform data entry, filing, and prepare purchase orders as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and management.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration.
- Construction knowledge or experience is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Beams Build software is advantageous.
