About The Role

This is a new opportunity to join our organization at our High Wycombe facility, where you will be the driving force behind our social content and marketing efforts.

Your role will primarily involve creating original and engaging posts for our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms, helping us stand out as a company and grow through various campaigns.

You'll work hand-in-hand with our team to execute our content strategies from ideation to posting, ensuring we maintain a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content, including copy, design, graphics, stories, and video for our social media channels.
  • Run successful ad campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our clients through direct messaging, engagement, and online outreach.
  • Identify opportunities for connection and growth based on client engagement.
  • Contribute to our overall marketing and brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with changing business needs.
  • Assist in organizing events and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Support the greater business in communication distribution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the mining sector or related industries would be highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Ability to create engaging designs and copywriting content.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently without micromanagement.
