Job Description

The Role

Our goal is to provide timely access to professional mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The Workplace Advisory Specialist/Triage Psychologist will offer dedicated services via phone to clients.

The Work

  • Intake, triage, and clinical coordination of urgent and critical psychological interventions
  • Urgent psychological services including critical incident management
  • EAP phone-based counseling and Manager Support Program

Key Requirements

  • AHPRA-registered psychologist with full registration and a few years of post-registration experience
  • Broad experience in clinical and counseling interventions, including previous EAP experience and ability to work with diverse and complex cases
  • Experience with or knowledge of best practice Critical Incident Management Services
  • High-level interpersonal skills, warmth, flexibility, and calmness under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, written skills, attention to detail, and administration procedures accuracy and efficiency
