Key Leadership Opportunity

The organisation is seeking a skilled leader to join its team as the Head of Governance and Risk. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this key role will have a direct influence on how the organisation ensures risk management is not only a compliance requirement but also a strategic enabler.

This leadership opportunity will involve coordinating the development, implementation, and management of an enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy and framework. As a Department Head, you will provide expert advice, guidance, and leadership on risk management across the entire organisation, helping drive a risk-aware culture and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

The successful candidate will have experience in governance, overarching policy and regulatory reporting, and a strong understanding of medical research regulatory requirements and compliance standards. They will possess strategic thinking skills, the ability to align risk management strategies with long-term organisational goals, and proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating complex risks.
