Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to strengthen our leadership team and ensure the highest standards of risk, work health and safety, and governance.

This role will oversee and maintain our risk and work health and safety management systems, providing high-level advice and reporting to several committees. You will also execute key strategic projects across risk management and compliance.

We are looking for a collaborative leader with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, who can see both the details and the bigger picture.

You will be driven by a strong commitment to ethical practice and have confidence in working with boards and the leadership team.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in policy development and governance
  • Strong understanding of legislative, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
