About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and reports directly to the Executive Director. This role oversees strategic financial planning, budgeting, management, and reporting as well as capital planning and facilities management.

Additionally, the Chief Financial Officer leads risk management and serves as a key member of the Finance and Infrastructure Board Committee.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the organization's goals
  • Oversee financial reporting and analysis to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Manage a team of over 35 employees to achieve financial objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of capital plans and facilities management strategies
  • Serve as a key member of the Finance and Infrastructure Board Committee to provide expert advice and guidance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business or Finance
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) certification
  • Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
  • National Police Check
  • Current Drivers Licence
