Payroll Advisor Position

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to process end-to-end payroll, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and external bodies as required.
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Assist on payroll projects and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a payroll advisory position is essential.
  • Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including Fair Work Act, Superannuation Guarantee, PAYG withholding and state-based taxes is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
