The role of Practice Manager is an opportunity to bring efficiency, professionalism, and thoughtfulness to a small, values-driven team. This hybrid, part-time position involves providing operational support to the Director, leading administrative support for clinicians, and coordinating a small administrative team as it develops.

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for managing clinic operations and administrative systems, ensuring alignment with clinic policies and values. You will also develop, implement, and review policies, systems, and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the psychology clinic.

This is a flexible, meaningful role that would suit experienced practice managers or senior administrators seeking a part-time opportunity. The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and substantial experience in a senior administrative or management role within a clinical, health, or comparable professional services environment.

This part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate above award, between $35 and $45 per hour (Level 8, Health Professionals and Support Services Award) + 11% super, depending on experience, qualifications, and attributes.

Additionally, this role provides an opportunity to work autonomously, make informed decisions without day-to-day supervision, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.

A valid National Police Check is required, along with legal entitlement to work in Australia. Commitment to maintaining strict client confidentiality and data security is also essential.
