Job Description:

As a key member of our Mental Health Team, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric, social, and physical assessments to patients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering clinical treatment and care to resolve or ameliorate emotional distress within the community.

In partnership with patients, families, and carers, as well as relevant agencies, you will develop tailored treatment plans that align with the Victorian MHA 2014 and current service delivery frameworks. This will promote optimum outcomes for patients and enhance their quality of life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Psychiatric, social work, or occupational therapy qualifications
  • Proven experience in providing mental health services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to develop and implement effective treatment plans
