About the role:

The Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing services provide a continuum of care and support. This includes clinical interventions, wellbeing supports and therapeutic support.

We seek self-motivated, empathetic Peer Practitioners to work in the Cardinia area. These positions will champion lived experience, advocate for human rights and provide alternative mental health responses through mutuality.

Key responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge and abilities gained from lived experiences, supporting group work programs and facilitating peer support models.

Required qualifications include Certificate IV in Mental Health, Peer Work or related fields. Core and/or Advanced Training in Intentional Peer Support is desirable but not required.
