We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to identify new business opportunities across Melbourne.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing consultative sales approach.
- Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to deliver client-focused solutions and shape business strategy.
- Lead tender processes (RFPs, RFTs, RFQs) by identifying and addressing client needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate proven track record in business development or sales experience in consulting, ICT, or professional services.
- Possess strong network and understanding of Telco/IT sectors.
- Develop consultative sales approach with ability to pitch, influence and close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.
