Job Title

A permanent opportunity exists for a Second in Charge Educator to provide quality care and education to school-aged children.



Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the service complies with all relevant policies and procedures. You will work closely with your Director to create a fun-filled environment that incorporates your ideas and expertise. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional care and education to school-aged children while fostering respectful and long-lasting relationships with parents and carers.



Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Clear valid WWCC (Working With Children Check)
  • Diploma of Children's Services or related qualification (desirable)
  • Experience as a support worker, SLSO, OOSH Educator/2IC, or engagement with school-aged children
  • Outstanding skills in communication with families and the community
  • Demonstrated commitment to work health and safety
