Assistant Restaurant Manager at Sydney Tower

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed venue, ensuring exceptional customer service and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Manage staffing levels across various sections to guarantee seamless delivery of customer experience.
  • Employee Development: Provide comprehensive training and mentorship to employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Customer Service: Deliver top-notch service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and resolving any issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or a comparable role.
  • High attention to detail, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with wine and liquor knowledge.
  • Awareness of WHS procedures, food allergies, and other relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Experience with cash handling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Capacity to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts).
