Emergency Response Management Position

This role plays a vital part in ensuring our emergency response plan is effective and well-executed.

You will be working closely with a team to balance scheduled training activities with unexpected events, impacting the safety and wellbeing of staff, students, and visitors across multiple campuses.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging emergency response training programs
  • Create and maintain evacuation diagrams and risk assessment protocols
  • Coordinate the network of emergency response personnel from recruitment and training to ongoing engagement
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of emergency management principles and practices
  • High-level organisational and administrative capability
  • Experience interpreting regulations and applying them to operational contexts
  • A collaborative, calm and solutions-focused approach
