As a Product Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing bold propositions that address real customer needs, making banking seamless, insightful, and empowering.

  • Develop and execute the vision and strategy for new everyday customer propositions.
  • Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation.
  • Maintain a portfolio of product initiatives that drive Net Promotor Score (NPS) outcomes and sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products.
  • Design end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch—across mobile, web, and core platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and continuous iteration.

Key requirements include:

  • Prior experience working in product roles, particularly delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally fintech or high-growth platform companies with measurable growth and engagement results.
  • Customer obsession at your core.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to translate trends, data, insights, research into clear product direction and opportunities.
  • Advanced experience in product discovery, experimentation, Agile methodologies, and working in squad-based models with particular focus on creating requirements and managing dependencies.
  • Technical fluency and ability to interface effectively with engineers across the stack (mobile, APIs, backend).
  • Craftsmanship and high regard for UX detail, performance, reliability, and accessible design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Growth mindset and high learning agility.
  • Tertiary qualification in a business or related field.
