Job Title: Senior Project Development Manager

Location: Sydney, Australia

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Development Manager to lead our team in developing and executing strategies for solar, battery (BESS), hydrogen, and hybrid utility-scale projects from conception through to completion.

  • Lead a team of 4 in project development and execution
  • Develop and execute strategies for renewable energy projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • 3-5+ years of renewable energy project development experience
  • Extensive knowledge of solar, BESS, and hydrogen regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Chinese language skills are a must
  • Commercial acumen and business development skills
  • A desire to leave a legacy in the Australian renewable energy industry
