Key Responsibilities
  • Drive product-market fit across Airwallex's entire product suite globally by working closely with product, sales, marketing, and strategy teams.
  • Build a deep understanding of our customers, market, and competitors with commercial and product feedback loops to shape an effective product and commercial strategy.
  • Develop operational processes necessary for the wider product organization and cross-functional teams to execute on our strategy at quality, speed, and scale through our intense global expansion and growth phase.
  • Deliver thoroughly researched key recommendations and well-structured updates to senior stakeholders, including the CEO, SVP of Product, and wider product and commercial leaders.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Product, Strategy, and/or Operations.
  • 4+ years of experience with top-tier strategy/management consulting firms.
  • Experience conceptualizing and executing on go-to-market strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with demonstrated academic achievement.
  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on.
  • Track record of collaborating across teams.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and first principles-led problem-solving skills.
  • Technology, financial services, and experience in a hyper-growth environment is a plus.
