Join Our Team as an Investment Banking Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our deal team, you will participate in the origination and execution of M&A and debt financing mandates with a focus on Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and General Industrials sectors.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to day-to-day M&A execution processes, including in-depth financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and industry analysis.
  • Prepare high-quality marketing presentations and industry analysis.
  • Attend client meetings, including execution and pitches.
  • Support senior banker account coverage and idea generation.
  • Train and mentor juniors to develop best-in-class investment banking skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A) ideally within GI or CRH, but other sector experience may be considered.
  • Outstanding academic achievement.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and commercial acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask.
  • Ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
