Key Responsibilities:- Prepare meals according to menus designed by the Head Chef.
- Ensure that meals are nutritious, appealing, and meet the specific dietary needs of individual residents.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements, such as texture-modified diets, to cater to the unique health conditions and preferences of our residents.
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards to prevent foodborne illnesses and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes, ensuring that they meet high standards in taste, appearance, and portion sizes.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent culinary skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Certificate III or IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
